Founder/President
Rajeev has worked extensively in real estate development, project management, building relationships with municipality agencies to change land use, increase density, and approval of utilities. Rajeev has a proven track record of providing strong leadership, formulating business strategies and effectively overseeing day-to-day business operations. Adept in identifying priorities, establishing objectives, planning and executing viable projects, allocating resources, securing new business and delivering results with a tangible impact on efficiency, and profitability. Rajeev holds a BS in Business Administration from UC Riverside and an MBA from University of Redlands, California.
Ashwani Kaura is a highly effective leader, and results-driven professional with over 34+ years of experience as a Nationwide General Contractor. Experienced in land use and subdivision approval process, managing projects through a team of consultants, and overseeing day-to-day business operations. Oversight of projects ranging from seismic retrofitting, electrical compliance work, room additions, kitchen and bath remodels, large masonry projects, flooring installation, roofing, and plumbing/electrical retrofitting. Ashwani’s knowledge from his early career experience in food industry production management has been inherent to his success in current career as a real estate developer and investor, by cross combining concepts. Ashwani has held strategic management positions for organizations such as: Allied Foods, Baskin Robbins, Bristol Myers, Kroger Foods, and La Victoria Foods. Ashwani has graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelors of Science in Agricultural/Horticulture and a minor in Mechanical Engineering.
